It's 4am, and 16 hours into THE BIG LONG ONE energy levels are still high, probably due to some dubious amounts of caffiene and sugar coursing through our viens, the sun is rising, a gentle breeze is blowing and a new day is dawning, and to prove it's no fix here's the sun rising over the south promenade only a few moments ago, beautiful, who needs Ibiza, when you've got the east coast!!!!!!!

Martin Pritchett and Paul Gray are teaming up for a marathon 24 hours of radio! NON STOP entertaintment, the show is aimed at rasing awareness for the R.N.L.I based in Withernsea, If you wish to donate to the R.N.L.I please visit any of the local businesses in Withernsea and the surrounding area which will have a donation box in place! please give generously :D.........
Starting at noon on Friday 27 June, and running all the way through the night till noon on Saturday, nothing is going to flag their enthusiasm. Listen in for great prizes, interviews, quizzes, and more!
