The Eastside annual gala will be at Destiny Fitness, at the BP roundabout at Saltend, Hedon, from 11am to 4pm on Sunday 22nd June. Attractions include:

- Martial arts demonstrations from academy who was involved in new batman movie

Car show to hit Withernsea in August!!!!!

I'll make this short and sweet so people can get the idea.
on Sunday the 3rd of August 2008 there will be a car show held in Withernsea (East Yorkshire,Holderness region) last year we attracted around 50 cars with the help of Fast n Modded 2007 was the very first proper official car show to hit the town.

The course is set, the footballers are warming up and now it's time for men to register for their place in the Keep Your Eye on the Ball 5K run taking place on 1 June in London's Victoria Park.
The event organised by Everyman Male Cancer Campaign, with The FA and The PFA, is being supported by professional footballers including Millwall striker Neil Harris, Derby County's Alan Stubbs, Notts County's Adam Tann and Hull City's Matt Duke.

A unique bus service accessing one of the most beautiful parts of England starts again on Sunday 4 May 2008. The Spurn Ranger is operated by East Yorkshire Motor Services (Service 73) and runs every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday until Sunday 26 October 2008.

Carnival Royalty

The competition to choose a prince and princess and attendants for this year's Carnival will take place on Saturday 10th May at Hull Road Methodist Church Hall at 2pm.Entrants must be aged 5 or over and either live in Withernsea or go to school here. They must be available during the Carnival which runs from 26th July to 3rd August.
The event is being sponsored by FX at Trixsters on Memorial Avenue.
Entry forms will be available on the day or can be collected from FX at Trixsters from 26th April. Entrants under 16 will need the form signing by a parent or guardian.

North Holderness Community Transport (HART)

This event is an opportunity for passengers from the area to let HART know how they want to see the service develop in the future or if you don't know about the service it will give you an opportunity to find out more about HART and how they can help you.
Monday 7th April 2008 1pm till 2.30
Venue: Function Room -The Shores Withernsea. Refreshments will be provided.
